Hi, I’m Diana Gonçalves, a Certified Personal Trainer and Classical Pilates Instructor dedicated to helping people move better, build strength, and maintain long-term body health.

I hold certifications in Personal Training, Classical Pilates, and Corrective Exercise, and I have extensive experience designing programs for individuals of all levels — from beginners to advanced clients, including those recovering from injuries.

I offer Personal Training sessions to develop strength, mobility, and functional fitness, and Classical Pilates sessions to improve posture, flexibility, and body awareness. Each service is provided independently and tailored to your goals.

My approach is thoughtful and precise, focusing on intentional movement, alignment, and sustainable results. Every session is designed to empower you to feel strong, confident, and connected to your body.
